The closest airport to Lecce is in Brindisi (45 km from Lecce) which is served by Alitalia, Airone, TUIfly, blu-express.com, EasyJet, Ryanair and Helvetic air.
Bari airport (150km from Lecce) also offers  direct connections from many Italian and European cities.
Visit the Puglia Airports web site for detailed information.
FROM THE AIRPORT OF BRINDISI TO LECCE
The following alternatives are available:
  •  A bus (City Terminal) from/to the airport of Brindisi is available (6 euros). The bus arrives at the Lecce City Terminal, at the entrance of Lecce, close to the Tiziano Hotel; we will try to set up a shuttle service from there to the Hotel. Please be aware that the timetable for this bus is mostly synchronised with  Alitalia flights, and there can be a long gap from one bus to the next: check on the web page for updated information on timetable and ticket cost!
  • A customized air shuttle service to the hotels (or any other location) in Lecce is provided by the travel agency “CRUSI“. The cost of the service is about 20 €/per person. Booking can be made online at the following link.
  • You can rent a car at the airport, and follow directions to Lecce.
  • Finally, a taxi service is available at the airport (about 60-80 €).

Please get in touch with the organizers if you have any problems organizing your transportation to Lecce.

FROM BARI AIRPORT TO LECCE

The Bari and Brindisi airports are also connected by the service Pugliairbus. From Brindisi airport follow the instructions above.
