Accommodation and Travel

Accommodation information will be added on this page as soon as possible. The organizers are still figuring out if it is possible to use the Töölö Towers for the accommodation, and whether the accommodation should be covered from the conference fee (to be announced) for those who request accommodation. Helsinki offers a range of possibilities for accommodation, including hotels and AirBnB. More information will follow shortly.

Travel to central Helsinki from the airport:

There are good flight connections to Helsinki from most European capitals and smaller cities, with several airlines. The Helsinki Airport is situated close to the capital, and can be accessed from the city center by bus, train or taxi.

There is a useful journey planner that helps find the best routes in the metropolitan area. The bus 615 goes from the airport to the main railway station in the center of Helsinki in about 45 minutes. The P-train from the airport also goes to the main railway station and takes about 30 minutes.

Please get in touch with the organizers if you have any problems organizing your transportation to Helsinki.
